Comprehensive Service
We guide student-athletes through the entire recruitment process and advise students on how athletics can supplement their application. It is important to note that a well-managed recruitment process can increase a student’s chance of acceptance.
Advising The Student-Athlete

During a consultation with a student and their parents, we strive to learn more about a student’s academic, athletic, and extra-curricular interests. Placement is an intricate process to find a school that holistically caters to all aspects of the student-athlete. Through a collaborative approach, we create options and determine the best possible school choice.
Personalized School List
After gaining a full understanding for the student athlete’s profile, we will work together to develop a list of independent schools or colleges that are an appropriate fit for the student. The list will be modified and revisited as the process progresses.
Supplemental Recruiting Materials
Coaches often ask for materials such as a sports resume, sports film (highlights, a video of an event, a video of a practice), and recommendation letters. We provide assistance with required recruitment materials. (for college or school placement please refer to our services page for a description of each)
‘Contact’ With Coaches

There are different regulations in place which limits the amount and various types of ‘contact’ a student-athlete can have with a college coach. For secondary schools the student athlete connects with different guidelines. We will help you navigate ‘contact’ with coaches and how to get the most out of that ‘contact.’
Transfer Application
Transferring to another institution as a student-athlete to participate in collegiate athletics is different than the initial college application and recruitment process. We help manage the differences in the transfer process and work together to find the best college options for the student-athlete.
